配方使用冬青、樟樹、薄荷、伊蘭伊蘭、永久花、藍艾菊、德國洋甘菊、桂花精油，这些都是可以舒緩及放鬆肌肉。

建議用法
取適量按摩於不適處。欲加強效果，使用舒緩複方精油滴在舒緩霜，之后將它塗抹於疼痛的肌膚上。
